1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or enrolling in courses provided by Alacrity Life Support Services (“Alacrity LSS”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is subject to:

  • Availability

  • Successful payment

  • Completion of required registration information

Alacrity LSS reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its discretion.

3. Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full prior to attendance unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • Cancellation timing

  • Course attendance status

  • No-show policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Alacrity LSS reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Certification Requirements

Certification is granted only upon:

  • Successful completion of course requirements

  • Demonstration of required skills

  • Passing applicable evaluations

Failure to meet requirements may result in non-certification.

6. Course Modifications

Alacrity LSS reserves the right to:

  • Modify course schedules

  • Change instructors

  • Update curriculum to align with regulatory guidelines

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, branding, and website materials are the intellectual property of Alacrity Life Support Services.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Alacrity LSS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of employment

  • Certification denial due to external institutional policies

Training is educational in nature and does not guarantee employment or job placement.

9. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that:

  • Training may involve hands-on simulation exercises

  • Physical activity may be required

Participants assume responsibility for participation.

10. Compliance with Guidelines

Courses are aligned with applicable American Heart Association and Red Cross guidelines where stated.

However, Alacrity LSS is an independent training provider.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
